Even if you don't feel like it, you can.
Even if you're starving and think that your head will explode if you eat the salad instead of the burger, you can still choose the salad.
Even if you feel mentally exhausted from your work day and it's dark and raining outside, you can still find a way to exercise.
Even if you've never said "no" to your wants before, you can. They are just wants after all...
Just because you feel compelled in one way or another, doesn't make it a truth.
To change it, you have to go against every ounce of your irrational being and do what you planned to do anyway.
You'll feel victorious the first time you overcome. You'll wake up the next morning exuberant. And repeat enough and you may wake up one day and find that what your body begs for is the opposite of what it once demanded.
Even after you falter, keep going girls - we got this.
